Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Haley Golden, Trent Fountain, and Austin Rose were selected as members of the Four States Bandmasters Association Honor Band. They participated in the three-day clinic and concert Jan. 14-16 in Texarkana. Students from Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, and Arkansas participated in the clinic.  To become a member of the Honor Band, students are nominated by their band directors, and their accomplishments are reviewed by a panel of directors for the Four States Bandmasters Association.
