Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Katon Trantham, daughter of Ken and Donna Trantham, led the broiler show at the annual Mount Vernon / Saltillo FFA and 4-H Project Show  on Saturday, March 27. The Grand Champion Broilers were shown as a part of the Mount Vernon FFA and were auctioned to Harold Epps Construction for $700. The show netted $109,500 for the Mount Vernon / Saltillo Young Farmer’s organization. For more information, see the April 1 edition of the Optic-Herald.
