Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The Mount Vernon Optic-Herald is compiling a comprehensive list of all students at Mount Vernon high school who have received scholarships this year.
The list will be published in the Graduation Edition on May 27. A list of the scholarships awarded at school banquets has been provided to us, but all other scholarships have not. Any students who graduated from Mount Vernon High School who are receiving degrees from college this year are also encouraged to provide information to the newspaper for publication. The name of the school, the degree, the year graduated from Mount Vernon, and any future goals related to the degree are sought. 

All contacts should be made no later than 5 p.m. Monday, May 24 for publication in the May 27 edition of the paper.
