Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

Ten new faces were introduced at Mount Vernon ISD for the 2010-11 school year. New teachers reported to the district on Wedneday, Aug. 11 where they were greeted by members of the community and administration staff at the school. All staff reported to work on Monday, Aug. 16 for a week long session of classes and seminars to prepare them for the upcoming year.  See the Aug. 19 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more information on each of the new teachers.
