Cecily Hooper was named to the President’s Honor Roll for the summer semester at Oklahoma State University. To be eligible for the president’s honor roll, full-time undergraduate students must complete six or more hours with a grade point average of 4.0. Miss Hooper is a 2008 graduate of Mount Vernon High School and is the daughter of Wesley and Dayna Hooper.
