Rotary President Virgil Jones honored Shelbie Stickels and Justin Robinson at a recent Rotary meeting for their participation in the Rotary Four Way Speech Contest Miss Stickels represented the local club at the district competition at the Red River Museum in Idabel, Okla., on Saturday, Jan. 31.
