Northeast Texas Community College will have a dedication ceremony to celebrate the opening of the new Elizabeth Hoggatt Whatley Agriculture Complex on Thursday, March 24 from 12:30-1:00 p.m. The $3.3 million facility is located on NTCC’s instructional farm, just across FM 1735 from the main campus.
