The fourth grade Destination Imagination team competed and placed 10th at the state competition in Lubbock on April 1-2.
The competition was at Monterey High School and the awards assembly was at Texas Tech’s Spirit Arena. The group performed in the Improv Mythology Mission Challenge. “I am so proud of their teamwork, creativity and achievements,” said sponsor Jamie King.
Members of the team are Brian Baird, Annie Coffey, Riley Hughes, Kristina King, Case Oud, Hadley Sears and Katelyn Tran.
