The principals at Mount Vernon Junior High and High School have released the exam schedules for this semester.
Junior high students will not have open campus privileges during exams this semester, however, parents can pick their child up after 10 a.m. on Thursday and Friday, May 26-27.
High school students may be allowed to be exempt from testing if the criteria for each teacher’s exam is met. The campus will not be open during testing. Students who have to take exams will remain at school all day. For more information, see the May 19 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
