Mount Vernon High School Homecoming Queen nominees and their court for 2011 were announced Friday, Sept. 2 at the high school. The homecoming queen for this year will be crowned in ceremonies prior to the Mount Vernon vs. Winnsboro football game on Friday, Sept. 16 at Don Meredith Stadium.
