Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

A group of volunteers in the community led by Kitty Ramsay and Jill Lowry have initiated a Character First Program at Mount Vernon Elementary School. The program is designed to build character in students and help them to see the value of good character so they can build better workplaces and communities.
