Rick Flanagan has been named as the sole finalist in Quitman ISD’s search for a superintendent.
He anticipates being named to the position permanently on Monday, Dec. 19. He has been serving as interim superintendent for Quitman since January 2011. See the December 8 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more information.
