Mount Vernon Optic-Herald

The students at Mount Vernon Intermediate School reached their goal they set as a part of their Buy a Tree Project at the school. They earned $547.85 for the Sports Complex landscaping. The project started back in November with students bringing in change and wages for small jobs to purchase trees to be planted at the new facility.
