The Mount Vernon junior high and high school tennis teams competed at the District Tennis Meet in Atlanta Monday and Tuesday, April 12-13.
The varsity mixed doubles team of Josh Johnson and Toni Brustrom was defeated in the quarterfinal round of competetion by the tournament’s number one seeded team from Liberty Eylau. For more information, see the April 22 edition of the Optic-Herald.
