Two a day practices for the Lady Tigers volleyball players will begin on Monday, Aug. 2 at 8 a.m. Players should arrive the first day of practice in workout clothing and workout gear will be issued after the first practice. See the July 22 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald for more details.
