The Mount Vernon Tigers will travel to Jefferson to face the Bulldogs on Friday, Sept. 3 at 7:30 p.m. To get to the Jefferson stadium, take Hwy. 49 east out of Mount Pleasant through Daingerfield and Hughes Springs.At Hwy. 59 in Jefferson, turn left at the red light.  Go north over the overpass, and you will see the JISD electronic school sign. Turn right on Whelan St. Go down Whelan past the JISD Middle School to the end of the school block.
