Cole Strickland catches the football inside the end zone to score a two point conversion for the team during their game on Thursday, Sept. 16 against the Mount Pleasant Tigers at Don Meredith Stadium. The Mount Vernon freshman Tigers defeated the Mount Pleasant Tigers 20-14 in the game. Mount Vernon had six first downs in the match. Mount Pleasant had three first downs.
