Twenty-two junior high and high school girls from Mount Vernon will be playing summer basketball this off-season.
The team will be sponsored by the Mount Vernon Dairy Queen, and they will wear red white and blue jerseys with the DQ logo on it. For more information, see the April 28 edition of the Mount Vernon Optic-Herald.
