The first reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on August 10th at 9:00 a.m. and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on August 31st at 9:00 a.m.
