This notice is to make public a request for revision of a plat concerning land situated in Franklin County, Texas, in the L. Garza A-185, T. Starnes A-438, and J. Hopkins A-217, Sruveys, being the eastern part of Waterways Subdivision, recorded in Plat Cabinet 8B, Plat Records of Franklin County, containing 28.413 fee simple acres and 14.882 leasehold acres. The first reading of the request will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, September 28, 2009, and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on October 26, 2009, at 9:00 a.m.Written comments may be sent to the Franklin County Judge at 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.
