Texas. It is proposed as Lot 12-R, Section II, Kings Country Addition, Franklin County, Texas.
The first reading of the request will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on  October 26, 2009, at 9:00 a.m. and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on November 9, 2009 at 9:00 a.m. Written comments may be sent to the Franklin County Judge at 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.
