Notice is hereby given that the automatic tabulating equipment that will be used in the Constitutional Election held on November 3, 2009 will be tested on October 30, 2009 at 10 :00 a.m. at Courthouse Basement (date) (time) (location) to ascertain that it will accurately count the votes cast for all offices and on all measures.
