The City Council of the City of Mount Vernon will conduct a public hearing at 6:30 p.m., January 12, 2010 in the council chambers of City Hall, 109 N Kaufman Street, Mount Vernon, Texas.

The purpose of this hearing is to hear evidence for or against a request made by Gary Roberson to re-plat the property located at 801 Dunlap Street.
