REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

PROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Franklin County has received a contract award from the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs for reconstruction of Owner Occupied housing through the HOME Investment Partnership Program. Accordingly, the County is seeking to contract with a qualified professional management consultant to implement and administer the HOME contract activities.

Please submit your proposal of services and a statement of qualifications for these proposed services per the proposal format available at the Office of the County Judge, Franklin County Courthouse, 200 North Kaufman Street, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457. The County must receive proposals no later than 10:00 am on April 23, 2010 to be considered. The County reserves the right to negotiate with any and all firms that submit proposals as per the Texas Professional Services Procurement Act and the Office of Management and Budget Circular A-102.
