Franklin County will accept proposals for road materials and culverts until Monday, May 24, 2010 at 9:00 am in the County Judge’s office, 200 N Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.  Proposals will be opened in Commissioner’s Court on May 24, 2010, at 9 am.  Specs may be picked up at the County Treasurer’s office or by calling 903-537-8334.
