This notice is to make public a request to revise Lot(s) 2 and 3R, Phase 4, Eagle Point as shown by Plat recorded on page 160-B, 237-B, plat cabinet, Franklin County Clerk’s Office, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas. It is proposed to combine both lots into one Lot 2-R. The first reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on June 28th, at 9:00 AM and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on July 12th, at 9:00 am.
