Franklin County will accept proposals for fencing at the Sports Complex until Monday, August 23, 2010 at 9:00 am in the County Judge’s office, 200 N Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas 75457. Proposals will be opened in Commissioner’s Court on August 23, 2010 at 9 am.  Specifications may be picked up at the County Treasurer’s office or by calling 903-537-8334. Franklin County reserves the right to accept and/or reject in part or in whole any bids received.
