FRANKLIN COUNTY TEXAS COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM
Franklin County is giving notice of the County’s intent to submit a Community Development Fund application for a grant from the Texas Community Development Block Grant Program.  The grant application request is $275,000 for water improvements on behalf of Cypress Springs SUD in the south area of the County.  The application will be available for review at the Courthouse during regular business hours.
