By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the Honorable 62ND DISTRICT COURT of FRANKLIN COUNTY on the 5th day of October, 2010 by the Clerk thereof,
in the case of
TALL TREE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. VS. GEORGE LENOX, being the same person as George Arthur Lenox, IV
And
TALL TREE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC. VS. SANDRA GARZA
In Cause Nos. 10,782 and 10,781 and to me, as CONSTABLE directed and delivered, I will proceed to sell at 10:00 O’clock AM on the 2nd day of November, 2010, which is the first Tuesday of said month, at the Official door of the Courthouse of said Franklin County, in the City of Mt. Vernon, Texas, the following described property, to wit:
Tract 1:
All those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situated in Franklin County, Texas and being a part of the J. E. Hopkins Survey, A-217, being lots 495, 496, 497, and 498, Tall Tree North as shown by plat of record in Volume H, Page 27, Surveyor’s Records, Franklin County, Texas, which property is described in a warranty deed from Earl E. Rudy, Jr. and Elizabeth A. Rudy to George A. Lenox, IV, dated August 6, 2002, recorded in Volume 69, Page 191, of the Real Property Records of Franklin County, Texas on August 7, 2002.
Levied on the 12th day of December, 2008, as the property of GEORGE LENOX to satisfy a judgment amount to $6,146.22, representing penalties, interest and attorney’s fees through the date of judgment, plus all costs of court, costs of sale, and post judgment penalties and interest recoverable by law in favor of TALL TREE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
AND
Tract 2:
All those certain lots, tracts or parcels of land situated in Franklin County, Texas and being a part of the J. E. Hopkins Survey, A217, being lots 308 and 309, Unit 3 North, of the Tall Tree Subdivision as shown by plat of record in Volume 35, Page 217, Real Property Records, Franklin County, Texas, which property is described in a warranty deed from Tammy McEnturff to Sandra Garza, dated May 9, 2000, recorded in Volume 35, Page 217 of the Real Property Records of Franklin County, Texas on May 9, 2000.
Levied on the 21st day of May, 2009, as the property of SANDRA GARZA to satisfy a judgment amount to $5,003.06, representing penalties, interest and attorney’s fees through the date of judgment, plus all costs of court, costs of sale, and post judgment penalties and interest recoverable by law in favor of TALL TREE PROPERTY OWNERS ASSOCIATION, INC.
