The first reading of the request will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court,  208 Hwy. 37 S., Mount Vernon, Texas on  December 13, 2010, at 9:00 a.m. and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioner’s Court, 200 North Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on  December 27, 2010 at 9:00 a.m. Written comments may be sent to the Franklin County Judge at 208 Hwy. 37 S., Mount Vernon, Texas 75457.
