Notice – Country Club Estates Development
This notice is to make public a request to revise the plat for the Country Club Estates Development of Franklin County, Texas, shown of record in Volume H, Page 139, Surveyors Records of Franklin County. It is proposed that the boundaries for Lot 4 be revised to create one lot to be designated as Lot 4R. The first hearing for consideration of this application will be held March 28, 2011, at 9:00 a.m.. The second hearing for consideration of this application for plat revision, and at which public protests may be heard, will be held April 11, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. at the Franklin County District Courtroom at the Franklin County Courthouse Annex, 208 Hwy 37 S., Mount Vernon, Texas.
