By virtue of an Order of Sale issued out of the JUSTICE COURT of FRANKLIN COUNTY in Cause No. C01521, on the 20th day of April, 2011, by the Clerk thereof, in which Tall Tree Property Owners Association, Inc. is Plaintiff (HEREIN CALLED PLAINTIFF) and Linda Ruth Thomas is Defendant,  I will proceed to sell at 10:00 o’clock a.m. on the 7th day of June, 2011, the first Tuesday of said month, at the south entry door to the Franklin County Law Enforcement Center at 208 TX Hwy 37, Mount. Vernon, Texas, the following described property:

All that certain tract or parcel of land in Franklin County, Texas, a part of the J.D. Nelson Survey, A-355, being LOT 82 of  TALL TREE EAST Subdivision, as shown by plat recorded at Plat Cabinet 49-A and 49-B, in the Office of the County Clerk of Franklin County, Texas, and improvements thereon.

Levied on the 20th day of April, 2011, as the property of LINDA RUTH THOMAS AND KIRK ISBELL to satisfy a judgment amount of $2,725.03, representing penalties, interest and attorney’s fees through the date of judgment, plus all costs of court, costs of sale, and post judgment penalties and interest recoverable by law in favor of Plaintiff.
