There are HUB subcontracting opportunities in the scope of the work for this proposal.  A State of Texas HUB Subcontracting Plan will be required from the awarded contractor only - within 15 days of award notice,     Contractors should contact, solicit bids and retain documentation from HUB subcontractors in preparation of the bid.   The HUB goal for building projects for the Texas Department of Transportation is 26.1%.
