It is proposed as Lot 2-R in said Panther Creek Pass addition, Franklin County, Texas first reading of the request will take place in the Franklin County Commissioners Court, 200 N. Kaufman, Mount Vernon, Texas on December 12, 2011, at 9:00 a.m. and the second reading will take place in the Franklin County Commissioners Court, 200 N.
